Service Payments

Since most of our services involve digital work, consultation, and time-based efforts, we generally do not offer refunds once work has started or services have been delivered.

Donations / Fundraising

Any donation made to support community projects or development initiatives is non-refundable.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases: duplicate payment due to technical error, payment processed but service not initiated. Contact us within 72 hours of the transaction.
